What is the Scout MES? Scout is a MES system for automatic monitoring of machine operation. Because information about production is collected directly from machines, it is possible for better management and optimization of production. There are also views for operators, scheduling, integration with ERP systems… The system requires only a web browser to use.
What machines can Scout monitor? Actually, all of them. Most CNC or PLC machines can be monitored directly via LAN. Other machines are monitored using additional input/output (I/O) modules.
Can I test Scout? Of course. We provide a free trial of the system for 14 days, without any obligation. You can start by yourself or with our help.
I do not want to use the cloud, can I install Scout on my server? Yes. Scout – after the cloud trial period – can be installed on your server or you can continue using the cloud variant on a monthly subscription basis. In any case, the amount depends on the number of monitored machines.
