Operator panel

The operator panel in the Scout is a collection of specially prepared views, allowing machine operators to enter additional information about the production process.

These easy-to-use views effectively replace or complement solutions from external ERP systems. They also allow you to move away from the paper-based input method, eliminating errors and allowing you to access it in real-time (rather than after a few days when it is entered).

The operator can perform a number of activities such as:

• choose the machine or machines on which he is currently working
• mark correctly (OK) or incorrectly (NOK) made pieces
• mark the performed activity (e.g. change of piece) on the machine
• mark emergency situations (this causes a special distinction of the machine on the Desktop)
• select (eg from Schedule, ERP) or enter the job/order in progress

The data entered this way is combined with the data acquired from the machines.
All of this allows even better production condition control.
